I think the run cycle could use a little more up-down motion, it's a little too glidey. I also think the arms should be a little tighter, i don't think people swing there arms that much.
That said, you have an exagerated style so perhaps i'm missing the point. The rest of it is all great and the part beggining at 1:17 really blew me away. I love the lighting and color use and the concept (whilst not particulary original) is one i enjoy. Put it on Newgrounds!
That's awesome... Sweet run cycles. I absolutely hate animating run and walk cycles, so out of everything in there that is what impresses me the most for sure haha.

You could have closed the loop a bit better and put more frames into when the legs are crossing(Back to front and vice versa)
