Aright, so I was thinking of a way to help advertise our documentary project and what batter way then a good collab. As of right now we have several schools making this video thing into their film class assignments and some websties are helping with promoting, but we need more, ha.

Anyone want to do a collab? The theme would be hand held video camera and you can animate anything you want, but just make it seem like someone is video taping something by holding a camera or setting it on a tripod or something. Maybe you can animate for example someone videotaping their little boy's soccer game and like a giant fucking robot comes down and steps on them all. I dk, just something creative, ha.

We are getting alot of hits on our facebook group and our website and we are working with advertising agencies so we will put this collab on our website to help promote. So it would be a good way to get your name out as well if you want. We would want the submissions to be good of course. We would also credit everyone in the final product as animators.

I guess just post in this thread letting me know if anyone is interested and we can talk more about ideas one on one smile2

Camp North died or the current layout did, but we are coming back as soon as the redesign is done. It could be within a week to a month to 6 months, we don't really know yet and I don't want to set a date until we're closer. We got another programmer to help us move faster, so what ever I said the redesign will be done on the current site, it'd be at least twice as fast.

If you guys don't mind waiting, cause I don't want to lose what we had, just keep checking back at least once a week or something. I'll email every user when we go back up. None of the old files got deleted, so when it goes back up, all your stuff will still be there.

I have 3 animations in the works, but they are done in After Effects, so I won't be uploading them here, probably youtube and vimeo, but I'll post a link when they're done.
